Terms of sale
The rules that apply to your online orders: prices, payment, delivery, withdrawal and refunds.
Last updated: October 10, 2026.
1. Seller
The online shop at ftgroupsarl.com is operated by FTGroup SARL, Makepe Bloc L, entrée Hôtel Alicia, Douala, Cameroon. Contact: contact@ftgroupsarl.com · calls +237 694 67 96 20 · WhatsApp +237 674 588 946 / +237 690 915 732.
2. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed on the shop: services sold as packages (websites, apps, design, marketing, TV advertising, projects in Cameroon, administrative support), digital courses (PDF, videos and other files) and coaching sessions. By placing an order you accept these terms.
3. Prices and currencies
Prices are set in CFA francs (XAF), the currency in which payment is made. Amounts shown in euros, Canadian or US dollars are indicative equivalents at an approximate rate; the exact amount debited by your bank or operator may differ slightly. FTGroup adds no fee at checkout; any fees charged by your bank or mobile money operator remain yours.
Large organisations (banks, public institutions, international organisations) may receive a tailored proposal outside the shop.
4. Ordering and payment
You choose a package, enter your details and pay online via our secure payment partner Tranzak (bank card, Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money) or by direct Mobile Money transfer, which our team then confirms. FTGroup never stores your card details.
Services: a deposit (50% unless stated otherwise) is due when ordering; work starts once it is received. The balance is due on delivery, from your order page. Courses and coaching: full payment when ordering.
A receipt is sent by email after each payment. Your order page (personal link) shows the status, amounts paid and your files.
5. Delivery
Digital courses: access as soon as payment is confirmed, from your order page, for 60 days and within a limited number of downloads. Files are for your personal use only.
Services: the time frame shown for each package starts once we have received the deposit and the elements needed (texts, logo, access, documents). A project manager contacts you within 24 business hours of payment.
Coaching: sessions take place by video call, scheduled in your time zone, and should be used within 3 months of the order unless agreed otherwise.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in a country granting a right of withdrawal (for example 14 days in the European Union or under certain Canadian provincial laws), you may use it by writing to us, under the following conditions:
- digital courses: by asking for immediate access, you expressly agree that performance begins and you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or streaming has started;
- services and coaching: if work or sessions have started at your request before the end of the withdrawal period, the part already performed remains due.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Before work starts, a service order can be cancelled and the deposit refunded, minus payment fees. Once work has started, the work performed remains due. Coaching sessions not yet held can be rescheduled. Refunds are made through the original payment method within 14 days.
8. Ownership of deliverables
Deliverables created for you (website, logo, visuals…) become your property once paid in full. FTGroup may show them in its portfolio unless you object. Courses remain the property of FTGroup or their authors; sharing or reselling them is prohibited.
9. Administrative and travel support
FTGroup provides administrative and logistical support (document preparation, translations, appointments, tickets, accommodation, insurance). Decisions on visas belong to the consular authorities: no result is guaranteed. For Canadian immigration matters, advice and representation before IRCC are provided by an authorised consultant (CICC member) partner.
10. Personal data
Your data are used to process your order and are never sold. See our privacy policy and the data deletion page.
11. Disputes
These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. In case of disagreement, please contact us first: we look for an amicable solution within 30 days. Failing that, the courts of Douala have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
